Support for Children and Adolescents
Growing up can be challenging. Children and teenagers can experience worries, big emotions, changes in friendships, difficulties at school or challenges at home — and sometimes it can be hard for them to explain what’s going on.
At Supported Minds, we provide a warm, safe space where children and adolescents can feel heard, understood and supported. We take the time to get to know each young person and what matters to them, while working alongside parents and carers where appropriate.
Our psychologists use age-appropriate approaches to help young people understand their emotions, build confidence, develop helpful coping skills and navigate the challenges they are facing.
Whether your child is going through a difficult period, struggling to manage their emotions, or you simply feel that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
