Inessa is a dedicated psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from Flinders University. She holds general registration as a psychologist, and is currently working towards her clinical registration.

Inessa is passionate about supporting individuals across a range of psychological challenges, with particular interests in

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Forensic issues

She enjoys working with clients of all ages, tailoring her approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Inessa incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities such as 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) 
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness 

Outside of work, Inessa loves practising Pilates and spending quality time with her family and friends.
