Drawing from her background in musical performance, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the demands placed on high achievers and offers tailored strategies to help them thrive.

Sarah holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from The University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) from Central Queensland University, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
